Returns accepted are for online store credit or replacement item, and exclude shipping costs and surcharges.
The items must be new or in an unused condition with original packing/box and tags intact.
Only upon Send Me Thatsatisfaction of the evaluation of the return will the store credit or the replacement item be processed.
The customer is required to send an email notice to return defective items to email@example.com within 7 (seven) – 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt date of the items and pictures of the defective items must be attached to the email.
Only upon written confirmation by Send Me That to accept the return, must the defective items be returned within 3 (three) days after Send Me That email confirmation to accept the return.
